Before I coached women through midlife, I had to figure it out myself.

I struggled with a severe eating disorder as a teenager and into my twenties. By 30, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and hypothyroidism — a wake-up call that something deeper was off.



I began studying nutrition and functional health, determined to understand my body beyond surface-level advice. What started as personal survival became professional purpose.



For more than two decades, I’ve coached women through strength training, metabolic repair, and now the complex hormonal shifts of midlife. I built a thriving studio, became a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, wrote Own Your Wellness, and transitioned fully into health coaching so I could support women at a deeper level.



What I didn’t recognize until my mid-forties was that many of the symptoms I had managed for years — brain fog, sleep disruption, circulation issues, joint pain — were tied to perimenopause. Once I understood the full hormonal picture, everything changed.



Now I help women see what I couldn’t see sooner — and make informed, strategic decisions that protect their health long-term.
