Who do you work best with?
I work best with people who are ready to be honest, curious, and open to making adjustments. I lead the process, but my clients do the work. This is not a passive experience, and it’s not a one-size-fits-all plan.
I’m not a good fit if you’re looking for a strict meal plan, a workout schedule only, or a quick fix. This work requires engagement, reflection, and a willingness to try something different when old strategies stop working.
How is your approach different?
Most people come to me thinking they’re already doing everything “right” and feel frustrated when it’s no longer working.
What actually matters is recognizing that midlife changes the rules. Small, thoughtful adjustments often make the biggest difference. You can’t keep doing the same things and expect a different result, especially as physiology shifts.
Is this a replacement for medical care?
No. My work does not replace medical care.
I’m happy to collaborate with physicians and licensed practitioners to help optimize outcomes and ensure everyone is working toward the same goals. Any medication changes, prescription adjustments, or supplement decisions should always be made with your doctor’s guidance.
